Ricardo Navarrete: - Agent - 

Originally born in Mexico City. He  has been living in guadalajara and Ajijic for the last 25 years. With a real estate degree from the prestigious University (Tecnologico de Monterrey) plus an extensive background in ternational sales management and being 100% bilingual Ricardo is dedicated to customer satisfaction.

 He has been selling real estate lakeside since 1996, this plus his understanding of a mexican-american way of life will be a bonus for the most discerning buyers or sellers.

 

Susan Martin: - Agent - 

Another multicultural background, Susan was born and stayed in England until 12 years old then moved to the states. She has a bachelors degree in Business Administration that specialized in marketing. 

Also has experience in the construction of residential homes in our area plus owned and operated a well known export business that sold high end furniture and decorative accessories made by the artisans of Mexico. 

Both Susan and her husband have been living lakeside for the last 20 years. This, along with her spanish language ability and understanding of the mexican culture will give all of our clients the information they need to retire in style.

 

Diana Murray: - Property Management - 

Originally from the north west, Diane showed up in Ajijic in 1971. She is still here and she still loves this area. She has two children, both born and raised in her quaint village home in downtown Ajijic.

As Diana is in charge of our Rentals and Property Management services, she plays a valuable and appreciated role with our clients.

The phrase "rat race" does not exist within her vocabulary. She is one who subscribes to a casual and laid back lifestyle - a healthy influence on us all.

Both Martha and I are proud to have the opportunity to work with such wonderful people. In my eyes, my Staff are a step above the rest.
